It is that time of the year again.
Please save the date for the Gunuma Lodge Incorporated Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday 4 December 2023 at 6:30pm. After consideration of the spread of the membership across the various states and the low in person attendance at last years AGM, the Committee has decided that this years meeting will be held electronically.
The purpose of this notice is to call for Committee Position nominations and Motion nominations for 2023/2024.
Committee Position Nominations for 2023/24
Committee members are required to be elected each year.
The Committee encourages those who are interested in volunteering for a role for 2023/24 to nominate. Details regarding the roles and responsibilities of each of the Committee positions and how meetings are run are contained in the attached Committee Information form.
If you are interested in nominating for a position please ensure the attached Committee Position Nomination form is fully completed and signed. Completed nomination forms are due by Monday 23 October 2023. Late forms will not be accepted.
Nominations for Motions
If you wish to raise a Motion, please complete the attached Notice of Motion form, including details of what you are trying to achieve, necessary steps, any costs implications and consultation. Completed motion forms are due by Monday 23 October 2023. Late motion forms will not be accepted.
